concrete skate park, Wangsa Maju KL, 2018
Our third premium concrete skatepark designed and built-in collaboration with Tim Altic from Alltec Skateparks:
A great medium-sized park with a great variety of features for all levels of skaters!
Putrajaya Challenge Park (pcp), 2007 - 2009
SMA won 3 tenders for this 70 acres project; the design and build of a climbing center, skatepark, and bike park.
Initially hired as a specialist contractor, we were eventually appointed as the main sports consultant, enabling us to integrate the 3 elements and ensure the park achieved its ambition as a well-organized and user-friendly venue.
The PCP competition wall is still the world’s largest, while the 10 km bike park and trail system received international recognition for design and quality of construction. The massive skatepark features bowls and street sections and incredible flow lines.
multi-sports park, Shah Alam, 2006
Shah Alam extreme park
In this multi-sports park, designed and built for the municipality of Shah Alam, SMA introduced the first concrete flow park and the first multi-directional Bikepark to South East Asia. We also created a dual tower climbing wall with connecting bridge, serving as a starting point for ropes course activities.
The structure combines a competition and speed wall, with the majority of climbing surface catered to beginner and intermediate climbers.
A concrete boulder park features three different rock styles with specific surface friction.
